Easy to order, delivery when expected, items as ordered. Only issue is with packaging: two very small boxes containing liquid filled glass bottles, sent in a rather large box with no protective inner packing materials. Consider myself lucky that products weren't broken in transit because everyone knows the post doesn't treat parcels gently. Anyway that was my only issue and I do recommend the company and would use again

On one occasion, I placed an order incorrectly and returned it via Royal Mail. I’m still not sure whether it actually reached them, typical Royal Mail service, but they refunded me without even waiting for the return to arrive. Highly recommended!
