Suggested use
Dissolve 1 tablet under your tongue shortly before bedtime.
Melatonin helps relieve the subjective feeling of jet lag. The beneficial effect is achieved with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg, which must be taken on the first day of travel and on the following days after arrival at the destination shortly before going to bed.
Note: Contains xylitol. Excessive consumption of xylitol can have laxative effects.
