I was given fenugreek capsules in hospital after the birth to stimulate milk production. I have been taking the capsules ever since. I am very happy with them and notice that I have significantly less milk if I don't take them for a few days. A definite recommendation, especially for breastfeeding mums. :-)

Should actually help against hair loss or stimulate hair growth. However, the product did not achieve any changes in the hair or anywhere else in/on the body. Therefore no purchase recommendation. You also have to reckon with diarrhoea and flatulence as side effects...
