Martin Auerswald
Martin Auerswald, a biochemist and micronutrient consultant, works as a coach promoting a mindful, conscious lifestyle. While he empathetically supports his clients on their journey toward greater well-being, the nutritionist inspires millions of people as a Spiegel bestselling author.
Martin Auerswald’s expertise began after he graduated from high school in Kulmbach in 2011, with successful degrees in biochemistry and molecular biotechnology from the University of Ulm and the Technical University of Munich—followed by his work in clinical research at the University Hospital Erlangen.
Instead of pursuing the traditional path of a doctoral thesis and an academic career at a university, Martin Auerswald decided to go into business for himself and specifically support people in promoting their well-being and health well into old age.
In addition to personal coaching sessions, the holistic health consultant reaches his clients through reference books, seminars for doctors and therapists, podcasts, e-books, health conferences, and blog posts.
