What should be considered when taking ZenRylax?

ZenRylax is generally well tolerated and safe at the recommended dosage. However, please note the following information:

• If you have known allergies to one or more of the ingredients in this product or are taking medication, consult your doctor before taking it.
• This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
• Do not take other supplements containing zinc on the same day.
• Not recommended for people taking antidepressants.
• Not recommended when consuming other products containing green tea. Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day and do not take this product on an empty stomach.
• Do not take more than one product containing ashwagandha extract per day. Ashwagandha can have effects on the liver and thyroid in rare cases. People with existing or previous liver disease may be sensitive to ashwagandha. People with prostate cancer should not take ashwagandha.
