How to shop on our website?
1. Choose product
The fastest way to find a specific product is to select a category from the menu on the left side of our homepage or by using the Search field. You can search for a product name, product category, a name or an item number.
2. Specify the quantity and put it into the shopping cart
Specify quantity and flavor or size and click "Add to Cart". After you have chosen all products, click on "Go to Checkout".
3. Log in or Create an account
If you are already a customer at VitaminExpress, simply click "Already registered? Please log in here." and enter your e-Mail address and password. The order form will be filled out automatically with your information. If your billing- or shipping address changed, please correct it.
If you are a new customer, fill out the form and also enter a password. Please be aware that the password is case sensitive. By using the email address and password, you will be able to log into your customer account during your next visit on our website. Your data is absolutely save with us - we will never share your data with anyone else.
4. Ship to a different address
In case you want us to deliver your order to a different address, unclick the checkbox "Ship to Billing address shown above" and enter your Shipping address by setting the Dropdown to New Address.
For shipments to a Packstation in Germany, please enter the Postnumber into the field Company and the Packstation into the first row of the address fields.
5. Select a Shipping method
Choose your preferred shipping method in case we offer different ones.
6. Select a payment method
Choose your preferred method of payment and enter the required info.
7. Review and place your order
On this page you can also redeem Discount coupons. Just enter the discount code into the appropriate field and click "Redeem". If all the information on the Order Page is correct, click "Place Order". All your personal information will be transmitted to us encrypted (SSL - Secure Socket Layer) so that it cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the Internet.
If you choose SOFORT Banking or PayPal as your payment method, you will be transferred to their specific website after clicking "Place Order". After finishing the payment you will be transferred back to the VitaminExpress Website, where you can review your order confirmation.
If you pay by credit card you will be transferred to a page where you can input your 3D Secure code. This is an additional security code to avoid the use of your credit card by others. After finishing the payment you will be transferred back to the VitaminExpress Website, where you can review your order confirmation.
In case you have not activated your 3D Secure Code yet, you can register for this feature now. Just follow the steps on your screen. If you don´t want to finish your order by putting in your 3D Secure Code, you can cancel the payment process and you will be transferred back to our website, where you can choose another payment method.
8. Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by eMail with all the details or your order and an order number. In case you chose prepayment, the email will also contain our account information.
9. Shipping Confirmation
After we have shipped your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation by eMail with the Tracking code. By clicking it you can track your order online. You can also review the status of your order in your Customer Account.
How can I change or cancel my order?
It is not possible to change an order. In this case, please cancel your order and create a new one.
To cancel an order, log into your customer account. Open the order you want to cancel by clicking the “View Order” Button and click the "Cancel Order” link. In case the payment has already been processed, we will refund the Order Total within a few working days.
If the order has already been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please do not accept delivery of the package and inform the delivery man to return the parcel immediately. After receiving the return, we will refund the Order Total within 7 working days, if the payment has already been processed.
Please inform us by phone or per Email, so that we know that your order will be returned to us. Let us know your order number when sending an eMail, so that we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
How can I redeem a coupon?
Just enter the coupon code in the provided field in the Shopping Cart and click "Redeem".
Is it possible to shop without "Cookies" activated?
Cookies are numbers which are stored in your web browser if you visit our website. Cookies and Java Script make it possible to use all features and to shop conveniently on our website. Cookies and Java Script must be activated to make it possible to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout or sign into your Account.
