About the Expert
Dr. med. Tatjana Reichhart first studied Communication Science and then went directly on to study Human Medicine, which she completed successfully in 2006 with her medical license (Approbation) as a physician. One year later, in 2007, she completed her doctorate in medicine at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). From 2006 to 2015, Dr. Tatjana Reichhart worked as a physician at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at TUM. Since 2011, she has also specialized in the prevention of mental illness for private individuals and companies, offering workshops, lectures, and coaching for executives and employees on topics such as resilience, mental health in the workplace, self-care, communication, and healthy leadership. In 2013, Dr. Tatjana Reichhart was recognized as a specialist physician (Fachärztin) for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Behavioral Therapy).
Between 2011 and 2018, Reichhart worked as a lecturer at various psychotherapist training institutes and, from 2014 to 2016, held a teaching position at the Chair of Strategy and Organization (Business Administration) at TUM on the topic of "Healthy Leadership." Since 2014, Dr. Tatjana Reichhart has also worked as a trainer on the topic of "Practitioner-Patient Communication." From 2015 to 2018, she worked as a physician in private practice, and since 2015 she has been Co-Founder of Große & Reichhart GmbH: Kitchen2Soul – Germany's first coaching and seminar café, located in Munich – working independently as a coach, trainer, speaker, and author.
In 2019, Reichhart founded the Kitchen2Soul Academy and has since served as head of training for the Resilience Coaching certification programs. In 2025, the specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy received a teaching position at the Technical University of Munich focused on resilience promotion, where she continues to work. Dr. Tatjana Reichhart's expertise is rounded out by her regular media presence as an expert in podcasts (e.g., FOCUS) and as an author in professional journals such as Psychologie heute, SPIEGEL Coaching, and Apothekenumschau.
