Dr. Reiner Kraft
Dr. Reiner Kraft holds a Ph.D. in computer science and has extensive leadership experience at Silicon Valley companies and Berlin-based startups. As a certified coach and expert in epigenetics, nutrition, and longevity, he now focuses on how to optimize health, performance, and healthy aging.
In 1992, he began studying computer science, which took him from the Technical University of Central Hesse to Stanford University and finally to the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he earned his Ph.D. in 2005. This was followed by a steady career path from software engineer to CTO and technical advisor at companies such as IBM, Yahoo!, Zalando, and Deutsche Bank. In 2020, he became self-employed as a consultant and leadership coach.
In his current role, he combines more than 20 years of experience in international tech and innovation hubs with the latest findings in epigenetics and longevity research. This applies both to his work at his epigenetics practice in Lahnau, founded in 2022, and to his role as founder, CEO, and CTO of EVER Health GmbH, which is dedicated to developing a longevity ecosystem that integrates diagnostics, therapy, and personalized nutritional supplements.
