Once per day
Mix 1.5 measuring spoons (30-35 g) of vegetable protein powder in a shaker or blender together with 300-350 ml of vegetable milk (preferably naturally sweet rice, almond, spelled, oat or soy milk), fruit juice or smoothies. Shake / mix for 15 seconds and drink immediately. Can also be used to enrich smoothies, shakes, breakfast cereals, muesli, bread, pastries, flour or breadcrumbs.

Just started using this and very satisfied with it
Just started using this and very satisfied with it. Finally a protein shake without sweeteners. It doesn't taste very good but at least there's no junk in it. It also has a good amount of protein (26g).
Now I'm not really in-to organic products like I used to be. Mostly because my income doesn't allow it. But for this time, I'll make an exception. ;)
Just wondering if the whey (or better: the cheese) is not made with animal rennet?
