These are high-dose vitamin D3 K2 drops from Vitality Nutritionals in MCT oil, which are taken only once a week. A single drop contains 5,000 IU (125 µg) of vitamin D3 and 200 µg of vitamin K2 as K2VITAL® MK-7. A 10-ml bottle contains around 300 drops.
The drops are a dietary supplement for adults who want to supplement vitamins D3 and K2 together.
