Mix 1 ½ measuring spoon (25 g) vegetable protein powder in a shaker or blender with 300-350 ml milk, vegetable milk (preferably naturally sweet rice, almond, spelled, oat or sweetened soy milk), fruit juice or smoothies. Shake / mix for 15 seconds and drink immediately. Can also be used to enrich smoothies, shakes, breakfast cereals, muesli, bread, pastries, flour or breadcrumbs.
