30 Grams
Once per day
Mix 1 ½ measuring spoon (30-35 g) vegetable protein powder in a shaker or blender with 300-350 ml milk, vegetable milk (preferably naturally sweet rice, almond, spelled, oat or sweetened soy milk), fruit juice or smoothies. Shake / mix for 15 seconds and drink immediately. Can also be used to enrich smoothies, shakes, breakfast cereals, muesli, bread, pastries, flour or breadcrumbs.

Omg WOW!!! 💜
I have now tried other vegan protein powders (including pea and rice), which also have no flavor and no additives. I wanted to improve the nutritional value of my vanilla pudding with them. All the others were completely inedible. So bitter or so gruesomely simple and very poor taste. I had already given up. But then I tried this one because it was on offer. And OMG!!! It really tastes like nothing and it smells like nothing and in the pudding with oat/almond milk you only notice it minimally or not at all!!! Omg I'm sooo happy right now!!! I thought all vegan protein powders were so abnormally disgusting!!! This one is sooo great!!! If you've had bad experiences with other vegan powders, I dare you to try this one: sooo great!!! Like night and day!!! I am just sooo infinitely happy to have found this!!! 💜

I like this protein powder because it has a neutral taste and is just pure with no sweeteners or other sugar substitutes. I often mix it with a banana,almond milk and cocoa powder. Very tasty when mixed together on high speed.
