In further studies, a combination with hops proved to be particularly effective: Valerian and hops increase the binding of different receptors to which substances that our body naturally makes and that are crucial for sleep
quality bind. In combination, they therefore have a particularly good efficiency profile.
Hops are also traditionally used to promote sleep, relaxation and calming down. It additionally contains plant hormones with estrogen-like properties, which alleviate menopausal and menstrual complaints.
In addition to valerian root extract and hops, Valerian 800mg also contains B vitamins B1,
B2, B5, B6, B9 and B12. B vitamins play an important role in the nervous system. They are involved in the production of neurotransmitters in the brain that impact mood and energy levels, among others. Take 1 capsule 1-2 hours before bedtime with a glass of water.
