The natural mood enhancers St. John’s wort* and saffron* have been used in naturopathy for centuries to support mood, relieve tension, and improve sleep, among other benefits. Serosan Pro also contains roseroot* to support the body’s stress resilience, ginkgo biloba* for mental well-being, and griffonia* with the amino acid 5-HTP to aid serotonin production.

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is involved in a variety of important processes in the body. Among other things, it plays a role in the release of the happiness hormone serotonin. According to studies, it contributes to general mental well-being.
L-tyrosine and its precursor L-phenylalanine play a key role in the production of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and noradrenaline, which help the body cope with stress, influence the sleep-wake cycle, and support mental performance.

Vitamins and minerals
