How it works

As a customer, you get a personal referral code and link that you can share with friends. When a friend uses your code or link for their first order, they get a discount and you get a reward code for a future order.

You can find your code, your link and your rewards in your account.

Who can take part

To take part, you must be at least 18 years old and have a VitaminExpress account.

Friends you refer must be new customers. This means they have not placed an order with us in the last 12 months and do not share a household, address or payment method with you.

The programme is intended for personal use only and not for resellers, affiliates or commercial distribution.

Your friend's discount

When your friend uses your code or link on their first order, they get €10 off with a minimum order value of €40.

The code can be redeemed once per friend and cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

Your reward

As soon as your friend's order has been paid and the withdrawal period has expired (after 14 days), we will send you your reward code by email. You will also find it in your account.

Your reward:

1. is worth €10 off your next order;
2. can be redeemed with a minimum order value of €75;
3. is valid for 1 month from receipt;
4. can be redeemed on any order, including subscription orders;
5. cannot be combined with other promotional codes and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If your friend cancels or fully returns their order, we may cancel the associated reward.

Fair use

The programme is meant to be shared with people you actually know.

If something isn't right

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the programme is being misused – for example through self-referrals, fake accounts, publicly sharing codes or other behaviour that breaks the fair use rules – we may:

1. cancel pending or already issued reward codes;
2. reject a referral code at checkout;
3. reverse a discount and reclaim the amount;
4. suspend or close the accounts concerned.

If you think we have made a mistake, you can contact service@vitaminexpress.org within 14 days and we will review your case.

Changes and data protection

We may change or end the programme at any time. If we make changes that affect you, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via your account or by email. Reward codes you have already received remain valid until their expiry date.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes basic checks (such as IP address and order patterns) to prevent fraud.

Other provisions

These terms apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these terms take precedence for the programme.

The programme is governed by German law, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
