In women, the blood levels of progesterone and oestrogen, which regulate the menstrual cycle, decline during menopause. In general, menopause can be divided into several phases.
The stages of menopause

Black pepper is best known for its active compound, piperine. Black pepper extract is used in food supplements to increase the bioavailability of other herbal ingredients through piperine. Black pepper also vitalizes the nervous system.

Do PeriVital Pro® capsules have side effects?
If you have known allergies to any of the ingredients in this product or are currently taking medication, please consult your physician before use. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Individuals taking anticoagulant medication should consult a physician before taking food supplements that contain vitamin K. Individuals with liver disease should avoid taking ashwagandha supplements. Do not take other zinc-containing food supplements on the same day. Individuals who need to undergo laboratory testing should inform their doctor or laboratory personnel that they are taking or have recently taken biotin.
The German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) recommends that adults should not consume more than 2 mg of isolated piperine per day through food supplements and that pregnant women should avoid such products altogether. The German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment recommends that daily intake of red clover isoflavones from food supplements should not exceed 43.5 mg and that such supplements are taken for no longer than three months.
