I waited several days after using it before releasing the review to verify the effectiveness of the product. In the first 10 days, I didn't notice many improvements, but I continued taking it, and after 15 days, I noticed a drastic reduction in hot flashes, with a total disappearance after just 3 weeks! I don't know yet if the situation is lasting, but for now, I can say that the product works perfectly. A necessary clarification: I started taking the capsules two weeks after the first hot flashes appeared, which, although very frequent, were never excessive, but still annoying due to their frequency, especially at night. I reserve further reviews in the long term, but for now, I highly recommend it!
