Menosol Pro is a vegan dietary supplement for women going through the menopause from the Vitality Nutritionals brand. The menopause capsules combine five plant extracts (saffron, sage, maca, damiana and yam root) with vitamins A, D3 and B6, folate, calcium and chromium in a Meno Complex. You only take one capsule per day.
One capsule contains 120 mg of calcium, 100 mg of maca extract, 100 mg of damiana extract, 75 mg of sage extract, 60 mg of wild yam extract (with 20% diosgenin) and 30 mg of MOODREAL® saffron extract (with 2% safranal).
In addition, there are 800 µg of vitamin A, 10 µg of vitamin D3, 0.8 mg of vitamin B6 in the active form P-5-P, 50 µg of Quatrefolic® folate and 12 µg of chromium.
