Magtein® ProEliteX is a magnesium capsule formula that combines three different magnesium compounds: the patented Magtein® (magnesium L-threonate), magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate. The idea behind it: each of these three forms has slightly different properties, and in combination they are intended to complement each other.
