Do the Anti-stress Complex capsules have any side effects?

If you have known allergies to any of the ingredients in this product or are currently taking medication, please consult your physician before use. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Do not take more than one product containing ashwagandha extract per day. Ashwagandha is not recommended for individuals with prostate cancer and, in rare cases, may affect liver and thyroid function. Not recommended for individuals with existing or prior liver disease.

The German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) recommends that adults should not consume more than 2 mg of isolated piperine per day through food supplements and that pregnant women should avoid such products altogether.

Are there any interactions with medication?

Individuals taking medication should always seek medical advice before using ashwagandha products. There is evidence suggesting that ashwagandha may interact with certain medication, including those for diabetes and high blood pressure, medication suppressing the response of the immune system (immunosuppressants), tranquilizers, medication for treating seizures (anticonvulsants), and thyroid hormone medication.
