Core Essentials: composition, differences and selection criteria
Core Essentials is the umbrella category for the preconfigured multiple sets of Vitality Nutritionals at VitaminExpress: Core3 Essentials, Core4 Essentials and Core5 Essentials. Instead of individual products, several coordinated dietary supplements are combined here as a fixed set that can be taken as a daily routine.

The sets differ primarily in the number of individual products they contain and thus in the range of nutrient groups covered. All individual products in a set are also available separately in the shop.

Selection criteria
