• Spermidine is obtained from wheat germ. The biogenic polyamine plays a role in autophagy, promoting the brain cells’ self-cleaning process and supporting cognitive function. [10] 
• Trans-resveratrol from Japanese knotweed is a potent antioxidant that helps protect brain cells from ageing caused by oxidative stress. [11]
