Big fan of this product!!! As a marathon runner, I drink a daily smoothie supplemented with beet powder and ginger during heavy training periods and a few weeks before a race.
I feel that I can handle training and races easier and recover faster because of this + It tastes good which is not the case with regular beet concentrate or beet juice.
Just be careful the first few days it can be a bit on the intestines.
