Mighty Metabolism can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

2 Mighty Metabolism fruit gummies contain 40 mg of green tea extract, which contains 6 to 10 mg EGCG. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) advises against exceeding a daily consumption of 800 mg of EGCG. However, as a rule, it is not easy to estimate how much EGCG is consumed when drinking green tea, for example. Food supplements with green tea extract should therefore not be taken if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day.
