I think the gums are a really good supplement. You can take the tin with you and snack on the go to take your vitamins. The design of the tin and the gummy bears is really cute and well done. The taste is okay, but it doesn't have the strawberry flavor, but compared to other supplements in capsule or tablet form, it's still great. The consistency reminds me of the well-known vegan gummy animals. A good concept, I would definitely buy it again.
