I came across the book by Barbara Simonsohn "Baobab, the Healing Fruit of the Apothecary Tree" and her product. I must say since I mix 1 tablespoon into my muesli every morning, I have an overall good feeling in my stomach with bowel movements twice a day. I can only recommend the powder!
