I have been using these acacia fibers for quite a long time. They are very good fiber for intestinal problems and help me a lot with my digestion.
For anyone who has trouble tolerating insoluble fiber this in my experience is the best alternative. It has helped me greatly with my GI symptoms and I feel so much better now that I am taking this regularly.
I pop a teaspoon and mix well into my water bottle daily. No taste to this . It keeps me feeling full and not hungry when fasting and has so many health benefits , regulates blood sugar, blood pressure and a healthy heart. It’s a must have !
I also notice a "pleasant" support of the intestines (more balanced / more comfortable feeling in the intestinal area). The fibers are tasteless and can be integrated into meals in a variety of ways.
