How We Ship: Delivery Options, Tracking & Costs by Country

⁠All orders received before 12:30 pm will be shipped the same day. If an item is out of stock we will inform you by email or phone to arrange a partial delivery, subject to your agreement.

To calculate the arrival time of your order, please add the delivery days shown below to the current date (starting from the next business day).

We will inform you by email about the approximate delivery date should an item be out of stock. As per your instructions, we will either split your order and ship the available items immediately, or wait to ship the complete order once everything is in stock. For partial shipments, shipping costs are charged only once, if applicable.

Customs- and Import charges may apply during the import into your country. Please ask your Customs Officials about Charges and Import regulations before ordering. VitaminExpress is not responsible for any Customs- and Import charges which may apply.

After shipping the order you will receive an Shipping confirmation per email with the Shipping number and a link to the website of the carrier, where you can track the parcel.

You can also check the status of your order in your Customer Account. By clicking on 'Review Order' you will find the order details as well as a link with the Shipping number. By clicking on the link, you can track the order. We are also happy to give you information about the status of your order over the phone or by per Email.
