Uwe Schröder is a certified ecotrophologist and holds the “VDOE Nutrition Consultant” certificate. For many years, he has been focusing on sports nutrition and works at the German Institute for Sports Nutrition in Bad Nauheim.
His work includes research activities, journalistic coverage of nutritional science topics, and lecturing for sports associations. In addition, he organizes and leads seminars on management and behavioral training, in which he imparts his expertise in a practical manner.
